  1. I love this! The three dimensional patterns are stunningly intricate. Did this start with one of your doodles? (I read your tutorial a few days back :D)

I particularly like how the background echoes the foreground, and how you've used soft edging with a white outline. Very effective.

And I should say hi :D I discovered you when you posted that lovely fish for the sea green challenge. I had intended to compliment you on that as well, my love of colour interactions was so inspired by your marbled cloth, but life ate me. The black outline of the fish set it off beautifully.

Is the Change design colour pencil? The background is worthy of a silk painting.

And I'm babbling (it's 1.20am and the baby has just woken up again ::sigh::)

    Thanks so much for sharing.

  3. I love your creations, this latest one just jumps of the page. I thinks it's animal but then again it could be vegetable!

  4. Thank you all! Hello Nutty, know how you feel..been there-done that can remember so well the sleepless nights even though my youngest baby is now in her early fifties...yes it was a doodle in black marker and pencil which I photoshopped onto an inverted doodle and coloured in the lavender and raspberry with coloured pencil. Thank you Juliette and Judy.. isn't it great to visit each other and be inspired by what everyone else comes up with

  7. Wow, it looks definitely animal! A sea slug or some sort of microscopic worm pictured under those fantastically powerful microscopes, beautifully done as ever!
The background? Did you do that too?
